Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase.
Shipping Timeframes
- United States (Standard): 5–7 business days
- United States (Expedited): 2–3 business days (where available)
- United Kingdom, Australia, Canada: 8–14 business days
- Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia: 10–18 business days
- All other international destinations: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or peak periods (holidays, sale events).
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is included with all Ultimate package orders (3-bottle system). Starter and Advanced packages include a small shipping fee applied at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment's progress through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking email for the carrier to update tracking information.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price. Synevra has no control over customs processing times, which may delay delivery.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team at support@synevraskin.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. In the unlikely event your order is confirmed lost, we will reship or issue a full refund at no charge to you.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. Synevra is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@synevraskin.com — we can update your address only before the order has shipped.
